Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes—colour and extension appointments require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This is fully credited toward your service.
We ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes so we can offer your spot to another guest.
Will my price change?
Our pricing is designed to be clear and all-inclusive wherever possible.
If anything needs adjusting based on your hair or goals, we’ll always discuss this with you before we begin—no surprises.
How often will I need to come in?
We specialise in low-maintenance, lived-in colour designed to grow out softly and seamlessly.
What should I book if I’m not sure?
Don’t worry—you’re not expected to know exactly what to book.
If you're not sure, you can always send us a message via our socials and we can guide you from there.
Most of our guests visit every 10–12 weeks, not every 6–8.
We’ll always tailor your colour to suit your lifestyle, so your hair works with your schedule—not against it.
Will I get the result in one appointment?
This depends on your starting point and hair history.
For some guests, we can achieve your desired result in one session. For others, especially darker or previously coloured hair, we may create a plan over multiple appointments to keep your hair healthy.
We’ll always be honest about what’s achievable and guide you every step of the way.
What payment options do you have?
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and cash.
We also accept Afterpay in- store.
Do you offer drinks and snacks?

We offer a selection of drinks and light snacks to make your appointment feel comfortable and relaxed.
You’re also welcome to bring anything you’d like with you—especially for longer appointments.
Where do I park?
Pull in along Whittington Road—our sign’s easy to spot on the left. Follow the driveway, turn by the parking sign, and our cozy space will greet you. Welcome to your rural hair retreat!
Once parked, follow the driveway around to the right and you'll see our cute little space!
Do you offer all hair services?
We specialise in lived-in blondes, dimensional colour, and seamless extensions.
To ensure the highest quality results, we don’t offer every service—only what we know we can deliver beautifully and consistently.
How long will my appointment take?
How long should I allow for my appointment?
Most colour appointments range between 2.5 to 5 hours, depending on your service and hair.
We’ll always confirm timing with you so you can plan your day with confidence.
Can I bring my children?
Of course—but just a heads up: newborns and infants are welcome (held on your lap), but we’re not safely set up for toddlers or older children. Think of it as your mini “me-time” moment.
Do you do colour-corrections (dark to light)?
Yes—we do.
Colour corrections are assessed on a case-by-case basis, as they often require additional time, care, and a personalised plan.
We may ask for photos prior to booking to ensure we allocate the right time and approach for your hair.
Do you offer on scalp lightener?
We don’t offer traditional scalp bleach services.
Our focus is on creating softer, lived-in colour that grows out seamlessly and is more gentle on the hair.
